My Approach

Besides the many techniques I have gathered over the last 19 years (Kinesiology, NLP, NEI therapy, Family Constellations, Healing Journey, Touch for Health, EFT, etc.), when you work with me One on One or join me in my Inner Power Group program, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a crucial part of my work with you and it is important to understand how it works.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful, highly effective therapy that offers incredible transformative results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I believe this combination makes this therapy so effective. RTT is developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer who has perfected this method over 30 years. I have personally trained with Marisa and I will keep learning and developing under her guidance.

RTT is a fast and effective method and can give you the results you want and need. In the session we will find the root, the cause of the issue presented using hypnosis and regression to access the subconscious mind. Your brilliant mind has all information stored and with hypnosis it is easy to access that information and the regression will take you back to the exact relevant scenes in your life where the belief started that has been causing the current problem in your life.

Understanding where, why and how a certain belief has formed and how the issue was created, gives an incredible freedom and an easy ticket to change. I will use extremely powerful and effective tools to then erase, transform and heal those limited beliefs; creating new truth and freedom. I will make a powerful personalised recording that you will listen to for at least 21 days after the session to consolidate the change. It is essential to listen to the recording at least once a day for 3 weeks, as it takes at least 21 days to change a habit.

After being a spiritual coach for 19 years, having studied and worked with multiple methods, I was very pleased and excited to find this combination of tools bundled in a very effective working therapy. Especially the depth of transformation I have seen with clients have been beyond expectation and sometimes have even been a miracle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does hypnosis feel like?

The experience will feel different for everybody. Some people feel a floating sensation, others may feel sleepy. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working

Do you control me or have power over me in hypnosis?

No. You are in charge and have complete control the whole time. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve even had clients who had to go to the toilet in the middle of the session!).

Does RTT hypnosis work and how?

Yes. It absolutely works. Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science. It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it. Hundreds of thousands of people just like you have had amazing transformative results regardless of the issue.

What if I don’t “go deep” enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. Just forget all about that as it’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.

What if I can’t get into hypnosis?

You can. Everybody can. As long as you want to go into hypnosis, you will. It is an easy, safe, enjoyable and deeply relaxing process.

What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like abuse or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK.

When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different: You could have an Immediate change: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. Or your change is Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. Or you have a Retroactive transformation: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

What if I can’t do a session in person?

I do online zoom sessions all over the world. The session is just as effective and powerful. I will send you a zoom invite before your session and you can follow the link to get into my meeting room.
