Iāve been reflecting on our time in Portugal, and my heart is still so full. š¤šµš¹
I honestly loved every minute of it.
There is something incredibly special about creating a space where women can step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they truly are beneath all the roles they carry.
This retreat was filled with laughter, tears, deep conversations, beautiful landscapes, nourishing food, moments of stillness, and so much transformation. But more than anything, it was filled with women giving themselves permission to simply be.
Itās amazing how stepping away for just a few days can change so much. Sometimes it isnāt about doing more. Itās about creating enough space to truly hear yourself again. And from that place, everything begins to flow differently.
Watching each woman leave a little lighter, more grounded and more connected to herself never stops touching me.
I truly believe that when a woman comes home to herself, her family, her work and everyone around her benefits too. That ripple effect is one of the reasons I love these retreats so much.

I am just coming out of my 5-day retreat, and it was beyond amazing.
An incredible high-frequency location, wonderful food, a beautiful group of powerful women, and so many profound shifts, insights, and moments of inspiration.
My heart is overflowing with gratitude for every woman who said yes to herself and showed up with such courage, openness, and love.
Now Iām so curious to see how these inner shifts will unfold in each of their lives. How they will trust themselves more deeply, make different choices, and create change not only for themselves, but also for their families, friends, communities, and everyone whose lives they touch.
This is what I love most about this work. When one woman reconnects with her truth, that transformation never stops with her. It creates a ripple effect of more love, more courage, more authenticity, more joy, and more freedom.
A heartfelt thank you to my beautiful co-host, Vicky, whose love, care, and attention to every detail created such a magical space for us and for co-creating this beautiful retreat, to Jolijn for all her support behind the scenes, and to everyone who helped make these five days so special.
