"Do you really love yourself?" a spiritually enlightened teacher asked me about 10 years ago. "I'm pretty sure you don't," he added bluntly... but his voice carried a genuine, real tone. It wasn’t meant to offend or hurt me. I felt the truth in his question, and although my monkey mind quickly rattled off all the reasons why I believed I did actually love myself, the vibration of his words had already resonated deeply within my heart.
At that time, I had already been a coach and teacher for 12 years, empowering and inspiring others to love themselves and be true to who they are. How could I not be true to that myself? I questioned.
What does self-love actually, truly mean?
He helped me dive deeply into the real meaning of that kind of love.
I integrated the wisdom I gained from him with my earlier shamanic energy tools, and added more recent, powerful techniques like RTT and the Natural Success curriculum into my 7-week Inner Power Activator program.
