Shaman Inner Journey Workshop
As the end of the year is getting closer and it is time to let go of what doesn’t serve us any longer and welcome our wishes/ intents for the new year.
My Shaman Inner Journey Workshop is an opportunity to use our magic (visualisation, energy, guidance & intent) and our connection as a group to shift what needs to be shifted and to step into our power for 2022.
To prepare for the Shaman Journey:
Prepare Your “Medicine Bag”
Make a medicine bag to prepare the journey in the best possible way. You can make your own bag (it is part of the ritual), but if you are too busy (or lazy ;)), just buy a small bag or use one you already have or even use a small box or container. Don’t make it too big. Gather a few special items that you will put in the bag, such as a stone, a shell, a necklace, an earring or a marble: anything that feels special to you. You can go to the beach, the park or the woods and find special treasures that you feel attracted to or it can be existing items like a necklace, a crystal, a bracelet or a ring. Each item will symbolise an intent for 2022. The intent can be anything: Abundance, Health, a Partner, a House, a new Friend, Joy, Relaxation etc. For example: the rock will be your Abundance for 2022 and the earring will symbolise your Health.
We will do a deep meditation/ journey to put your intentions out for 2022 on 3 different levels (“worlds”): The Lower-World (Middle Earth/ Past), The Mid-World (Earth itself/ Now) and the Upper World (Higher levels where your guides and angels live/ Future). You will use your guidance, meet your spirit animals and you get to see what could be still in the way of your potential, wishes and desires. After the workshop, you can keep your medicine pouch in a special place or just take the objects out and put them in special places in your house or wear them in case of jewelry. They will help you in manifesting (and remembering) your wishes for 2022. Put in 3 objects as a minimum and 10 as a maximum and make up your mind which intent(s) you are going to work with in the journey.
Your “Delete List”
Write a list on a piece of paper of all the patterns, addictions, habits, emotions, people, you want to let go in 2021. For example, you would like to “delete”: Smoking, Stress, Illness, Anxiety, Guilt, Anger, Toxic Friendship(s), Loneliness etc. In the journey, try to think of which pattern has priority to let go of.
After the journey, you will burn the Delete List. (Don’t forget this, very important!).
Depending on how many people are joining the online workshop, you can share a few of your intents for 2022 and items on your “delete list”. I believe saying these intents out loud, it will manifest your optimal future stronger, but you don’t have to share if you don’t feel like it. You can also share in the chat box.
The workshop will be on Sunday the 19th of December 2021 from 9 to 11am Dutch time, 4 to 6pm WA time, 6 to 8pm QLD time and 7 to 9pm VIC time.
